Lakeside Room
I had a great morning on Sunday at Black Park in the in Lakeside Room. It is a small function lodge on the edge of the lake near the cafe. We started the party with bubbles while the guests arrived. When everyone had walked around the lake to us we sat down for the magic show. After a massive picnic outside we finished the morning off with a circus workshop and bubbles.
The Lakeside Room is small but handy to have in case the day is rainy, or in this case, very hot. You have a small kitchenette and some tables and chairs. We actually emptied the room to give ourselves some more space.

So why am I posting this? It’s because the venue was so lovely and I had never been there before. Even if you don’t need the venue, take the family out for a picnic and grab a coffee at the lakeside café.
